JTS has several payment options:

JTS open account:

If you are rated 1 or 2 with the Jewelers Board of Trade, (JBT) or are rated low risk with any of our credit reporting agencies, we can open account for you upon the receipt of a signed credit application. (This can be faxed).  If you are not rated as described above, you can call us ask for our credit application form. Allow approximately two weeks for processing. Apply for an open account below.

Credit Card:

We accept Master card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Customer/cardholder address and related information are verified with your issuing bank before your order is shipped. Certain restrictions may apply.

PayPal:

JTS offers PayPal Express Checkout for orders placed on line that do not require backorder items.

When you select PayPal as your payment method, PayPal will use the funds,  if any available in your balance first, then will automatically draw from the back up method you selected when setting up your PayPal account.

If due to metal market price fluctuations or shipping recalculation, your total order is $75 greater than the amount processed by PayPal, a JTS sales person will contact you.

Prepaid Orders:

We recommend certified funds such as money orders or cashier’s checks. To expedite the process use a bank wire transfer. Please include shipping costs.

If the quoted shipping cost is more than the actual cost, we will credit your account or send you a refund, whichever you request. If you send a check with your order, the check must include your name, address and a daytime phone number. We will verify this information with your bank.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

All online orders placed from out stock inventory will be shipped within 48 hours from receipt of order. Special orders which JTS does not have on hand will be discussed with the customer and a given date range such as two- three weeks from receipt of order.

Transit time does not include the day the order is placed, holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

JTS offers the following shipping methods, FEDEX, UPS, USPS. You can specify which method and the given priority of each carrier such as ground, three day, two day and overnight shipping via UPS.

Backorders will be kept on customer’s request.

RETURN POLICY:

JTS stands by its jewelry with a free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our jewelry items purchased from us, you may return it. We will process your return from 10 days from receipt date.

Return Guidelines:

We do not accept returns post marked more than 14 days after the invoice date.

We reserve the right to charge an additional restocking fee based on the condition of the returned item. Special ordered items, custom made items, physically altered items are not refundable.

PRICING POLICY:

Many of JTS gold and silver jewelry items are sold by weight. The current gold market will be based the second London fix price daily plus $10.00. Gold jewelry will be billed out at that daily rate.

All jewelry items listed online have a suggested selling price only to be used as a guide. The selling price is calculated at a triple key @ $1350 gold market and a $20.00 silver market.

STOCK BALANCING:

JTS offers stock balancing to any customer who is active and in good credit standing. An active customer is one who has made purchases in the last twelve months from the date they would like to stock balance. Their credit history with JTS must be approved by our accounting department.

JTS will stock balance up to twenty per cent of the previous twelve month of sales with similar merchandise. Prior to accepting any stock balancing, the customer must fill out a return authorization form and submit to JTS for approval. The merchandise must be returned in original condition as purchased and must be still active on the JTS website. JTS will only accept stock balancing during January through April of the following year of the original purchases.
